For the past 10 years, I have been educating myself on all things related to physical, mental, and spiritual health. During this time, I have acquired several certifications:

•  Reiki Master Teacher

• Trauma Informed Herbalist currently pursuing a board certification

• Grief work

• Essential oil use during pregnancy and labor

• Mindfulness

 

 I am also currently working towards my bachelors degree in Ayurveda Health & Wellness at Maharishi International University, as well as in-depth learning about the Polyvagal theory, studying to become a board certified herbalist, and becoming certified in Grief Movement.

I love education and I am a life long learner. 

 

 I have personally been educating myself on everything from pregnancy & labor birth support, essential oils, organic living, organic gardening, manifestation, inner child, shadow work, Source energy, energy healing, the Polyvagal theory, and so much more for over a decade. Fun fact: I am also an ordained minister.

 My oldest child passed away in 2021 and that forced me to examine my life and dive into my passion, which is supporting healthy bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. I had to learn ways to handle my own shock, anxiety, despair, and most of all, my broken heart. I hope to share all that I learned with other grieving people, especially grieving parents.
